• Dragon Shipping Policy

    Dragons are shipped by suitable licensed insured couriers at a flat rate of £60 per purchase. Shipping fees are a third-party cost and are always the responsibility of the customer (ie; buying, returning, refunding, or trades). Shipping fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

    We factor the price of shipping into the overall cost of our dragons, to make a smoother transaction but in the instance of returns due to the high cost this part is not refunded.

  • Live Arrival Guarantee

    From our dragons to our bugs, we offer full live arrival guarantee.

    Dragons - in the instance of any unfortunate accidents where our dragons pass in transit, it will be dealt with on a case by case basis but we strive to only release our babies when in peak condition. Please contact us within 30 minutes of arrival if this occurs, please view Refund & Return section regarding what happens in such an instance.

  • Bearded Dragons Genetics and Gender

    Genetics - All dragons available are bred by Coastal Dragons, we guarantee the genetics are as stated within the store. We keep records of parents and babies produced. You will be supplied with a birth certificate containing the hatch date, lineage, and genetics.

    Gender - We determine the gender of the dragon via candling, but this is not a perfect science due to how dragons reproductive organs are displayed. Gender is not guaranteed but we use our extensive experience with the species to make an educated guess.

    Temperament isn’t guaranteed, refunds and returns due to the animals temperament will be rejected, but we will help with tips and tricks to taming them down.

  • Refund & Returns

    Refunds & Returns within 7 days of purchase will be determined on an individual basis and only offered on our bearded dragons.

    Refunds & returns due to illness or death will be investigated (ie; Pictures of the set up and/ or questioning to determine the potential cause of illness or death). Proof of the deceased animal (ie; photos or the return of the body) is required before a refund & return. You may be requested to send the deceased animal back for a necropsy. If it is deemed not your fault, we will offer a full refund or an alternate dragon. To date, this has never happened as we only ship in suitable temperatures + healthy dragons.

    All refunds & trades incur a 10% fee based on the purchase value. This is waived under the instance of death.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable in all return circumstances.

    Costal Dragons reserves the right to deny a refund/ return for any reason.
